Troubleshooting Machine Issues and Precautions
1. If the machine flashes red when it starts up, it doesn’t necessarily mean that the nozzle is broken. It could be that there is a problem with the rack or the motherboard. In this case, please solve the error message first, and then purchase the nozzle.
2. The machine fails to recognize the ink cartridge. The main reason for this situation is that the mainboard fuse has burned out. Please replace the mainboard or the mainboard fuse
3. Check if there are any signs of the data cable being split, corroded or burned out. If the data cable is broken or not plugged in properly, it may burn out the nozzle and the motherboard. Please ensure that the cable of your data head is in good condition!
4. It is recommended that all buyers use high-quality ink cartridges/ink/continuous supply, as the service life of the nozzle is directly related to the ink.
